These terms apply to the PawReset website and purchases from PawReset. PawReset is a registered trading name of a sole trader registered for GST under ABN 21 447 101 414, based in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
Store information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colour, texture, placement and finish may vary within reasonable production tolerances, especially for personalised, printed and 3D-printed products.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The checkout will show applicable shipping charges before payment.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. PawReset may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, an address cannot be serviced, customer material is unsuitable or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If PawReset cancels a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.
Customer-supplied material
Customers must have the right to provide photographs, names, text and other material submitted for personalisation. Customers must not submit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
The customer gives PawReset and the service providers involved in the order permission to use the submitted material only as reasonably required to create, manufacture, deliver and support the purchased product.
PawReset will not use customer pet photographs in public marketing without permission.
Proofs and personalisation
Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, image selection and visible design details in a proof. Production begins after approval where a proof is offered. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may incur additional cost.
Production and fulfilment partners
PawReset uses specialist production and fulfilment partners for parts of the range. Products in one order may be produced and shipped separately. The shipping and fulfilment policy forms part of these terms.
Product use and safety
Customers must follow product-specific care, age, heat, indoor-use and pet-safety information. Decorative 3D-printed products are not toys or chew products unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Returns and consumer rights
The PawReset returns, refunds and cancellations policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website availability
PawReset may change, suspend or correct website content and may take the store offline for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access, but we will take reasonable care in operating the store.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PawReset is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
