PawReset is a registered trading name of a sole trader operating under ABN 21 447 101 414, based in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. This policy explains how PawReset collects, uses and shares personal information.
Information we collect
Depending on how a customer uses the store, we may collect:
- name, email, phone number and delivery address;
- order, payment-status and customer-service information;
- pet names, photographs and personalisation instructions;
- account and preference information;
- device, browser, cookie and store-usage information; and
- communications sent to PawReset.
PawReset does not store full payment-card details. Payments are processed by the payment provider selected for the store.
Why we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, personalise and deliver products;
- process payments and manage orders;
- create and approve personalised designs;
- provide support and resolve disputes;
- prevent fraud and protect the store;
- meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties; and
- send marketing only where the customer has consented or the law permits it.
Service providers and overseas processing
PawReset may share the minimum information required with hosting, ecommerce, payment, analytics, production, fulfilment, communications and delivery providers. Some providers may process information outside Australia.
PawReset’s providers include Hostinger (website hosting), WooCommerce (store platform), Stripe (payment processing), Printful and Printify (print-on-demand production and fulfilment), Dropshipzone (product supply and dispatch), and Australian shipping carriers. Where a provider processes information outside Australia, PawReset takes reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy requirements.
Pet photos and personalised files
Customer-supplied pet photographs and generated design files are used to fulfil the order and provide support. PawReset will not use a customer’s pet photographs in public marketing without permission.
We keep source photographs, approved proofs and production files for 12 months after your order is completed, so we can help with reprints, re-orders, faults or warranty questions. After that we securely delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep certain records for longer (for example, tax and transaction records, which we keep for the period required by Australian law). You can ask us to delete your source photographs at any time by contacting us.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Customers may contact PawReset to request access to or correction of personal information. Deletion requests are handled subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and order-record obligations.
Cookies
The store may use essential cookies for cart, checkout, security and account functions. Optional analytics or marketing cookies require an appropriate consent setup before they are enabled.
