PawReset is a small family business in Toowoomba — Michelle and Matt, and the dogs who raised them.
Our story
Bentley started it. Hugo carries it forward.
The heart of PawReset is Bentley, our first French Bulldog. We chose the runt of the litter, and he chose us right back. When a spinal condition took him far too young, just before Christmas 2025, it left a hole the size of a small, stubborn dog.
Hugo is how that hole became a brand. He is the mascot we drew in Bentley’s honour — the twin brother we imagine for him — and the hero of everything we make.
Why we make it
We started PawReset to build the keepsakes we wished we had, and to give pet people somewhere that treats their animals the way they do: as family, full stop.
Some pieces are made by us and others by carefully chosen production partners, but you always deal with PawReset. Every order keeps Bentley’s memory doing something good.
